Instructions
For bathing, add a few drops directly to your bath.
For facial steaming or inhalation, add 3-4 drops to a bowl of steaming water, lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel. Inhale deeply for a few minutes.
For massage, mix 3 drops with a10 ml base oil, such as grapeseed or sweet almond in a glass or ceramic bowl. Blend the oils and warm between the palms of your hands, and then massage straight onto the skin, using palms and fingers to distribute them evenly over the body, applying extra pressure to work tired or tense muscles.
Use with one of the range of Sa Pa Essentials Oil Burners. Half fill the well with water and add a few drops of Pure Essential Oil. Place a tea light in the opening on the base and light. Do not leave the tea light alight for more than 20 minutes. Ensure that the well does not dry out. |
